awww Ashy was like that when we rescued her. Do give them bird vitamins, and tones of mental stimulation (they love to shred paper and cardboard). When they feel safe and happy, feathers come after a year 🫶🏾

Give the bird some toy's to bite on and play with. Also use a spray medicine called stop pluck. Available at all pet store outlets. It should help.
