Love muteomatic. I don’t have a console. I have an apartment. Perfect solution.

Use this plugin for ADR sessions. Allows me to have a separate send to talent going all the time and the recorded “production” feed that goes to Zoom / Source Connect / etc. when I hit play it opens so talent can hear what they recorded, while still providing an open mic to talk over.

It’s great this product is free. I still rig this myself with a channel of noise and a comp/gate with a sidechain because it tickles me to construct it natively

Muteomatic is so clutch. I used to do mostly remote sessions where I would send outputs 3-4 (copy of stereo out) back into inputs 11-12 of my interface and have zoom only listen for those inputs and wire a “talkback” into the session so artist only heard what was in the session. This plug-in was so clutch to let them hear playback without hearing me talking/breathing since they’re getting a filter copy of my voice at all times. Don’t use it anymore since I mainly do in person work right now, but it’s still super clutch
