Wife started talking to an ex boyfriend and said that she is helping him with mental illness. They would in the phone all night long. Then see each other every Friday night and she would come home the next morning. Even leave my car at other places. She even had me arrested with a charge of DV when I never did anything to her. I did move her hand out of my face as she wasn’t yelling at me. I now have an ankle monitor on and can’t go out but 3 days a week. I am now a homeless Veteran now too. As there is a TPO on me. I will be getting a divorce too.
