Donald Trump makes it nearly impossible for this country to come together because he governs not as a president for all Americans, but as a constant attacker of anyone who disagrees with him. Instead of using his platform to bridge divides, he regularly insults, mocks & demonizes entire groups of people. Democrats, immigrants, journalists, women, & even members of his own party who won’t fall in line. Leadership requires respect & the ability to unify, but Trump thrives on division, pitting “us versus them” at every turn. A nation cannot heal or move forward when its leader spends more time sowing resentment against half the population than working to represent all citizens. This stokes political violence.
