@sophia.esperanzaa: Do you feel the difference in being in a romantic relationship & romantic partnership? thoughts 💭 @petricej & I married in 2020 & even before we said ‘I do’ we began the process of becoming true partners in life. Magic happens in collaboration. & our individual worlds colliding has been a handshake into something bigger than ourselves. Our universe has only expanded. Our union has reminded me that I DO like to be on a team. I DO want someone who challenges me, vs constantly agreeing for the sake of no friction. I DO benefit from a mirror, to show me my patterns & call me forward. I DO enjoy working through things vs running away. I DO have so much more to offer, when I am committed to resolution over being ‘right’. Partnership is realizing we’re on the same team. & not just saying it, but truly living it. I see so many men & women taking the time to learn how to weave healthy unions right now & I’m so excited to see the children born from it. 🤲🏽 @petricej made our beautiful kitchen shelf (he’s been woodworking like a wild child) & we used @ecospaints wood stain to bring in some rich tones.
