All cultures have found some way to turn milk into cheese in their own unique ways, not one cheese is the same, each shaped by individual climate and available ingredients, each recipe has different steps. Cheese is one of our oldest foods. It’s beautiful how we all share so many different basic foods, except cheese was an accident, we all share the same basic idea of it because we all made the same mistake. Thats so beautifully human.

ik this is like a joke edit, but seriously cheese is unironically one of the best human inventions. It took something that wouldve been disregarded as trash into a usable, viable, good, and actually healthy food. That contains dairy, protein, vitamins, and can last longer + it tastes good
