This reminds me of some of my favorite recipes from a blog called The Family Freezer! My husband and I prepped 25 freezer bag meals the month before our baby was born and it was a lifesaver 😂

Thank you for mentioning chronic illness! I have liver failure and some days are better than others. I like to prep healthy meals when Ihave my high energy days. One day of a little work, goes a long way. Love this!
