@aelencooks: Ingredients: - 3 eggs - 1 can of spam, diced - day old rice - 1 tbsp of soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp brown sugar - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - drizzle of sesame oil - extra soy sauce - green onions - ur toppings of choice Directions: 1. In a medium pan, on medium heat, cook your eggs. Once eggs are cooked, take them out & add in your spam. Add a drizzle of sesame oil. Let them get crispy and browned on all sides. 2. Once all nice & browned, add in your soy sauce mixture (soy sauce, brown sugar, & rice vinegar). Let it simmer on low until sauce gets thick & sticky. Remove spam. 3. In the same pan, add in butter, a splash of water, & your day old rice. Cover & steam for about 3-4 mins. 4. Add in your eggs & spam. Mix. Sprinkle in your soy sauce + salt (if needed).
