8 days post op, so caught off guard by how challenging and painful this has been! On TikTok I saw all these women saying it was a breeze. My god this is comparable to birthing my kids lol! Maybe even more limiting!!! Currently still rock hard & high when did yours get more fluffed ??

fresh pineapple!! not the juice, it’s just a sugar bomb and it doesn’t contain enough bromelain which is what makes the swelling go down :)
