I love Persian food and this was such a delight to find! We started off with this comforting saffron tea, a great start to a delicious meal I was able to check out their kitchen and witnessed the magic The smell was magnificent! Meats were cooked to perfection‼️ For appies, we tried Halim Bademjan paired with naan bread super yummy! It’s my first time trying this and i enjoyed it! For main I tried the Shishlik which is a grilled rack if lamb with rice, tomato and salad. This was chef’s kiss! The lamb was nice and tender, super flavorful! Another main that we got was Soltani which includes both Koobideh and Barg Kebab! Everyone that I ordered is lamb and I am so happy that there zero after taste.
