You can also try “Gojek” and compare the prices. I always do that here in Singapore too, as the prices can vary greatly. Gojek is more popular in Indonesia but it’s also in many Asian countries.

best to use a local driver because they will wait for you till you get there plus they are local and need money to keep living there. grab drivers not profitable for locals. use local business driver

We did a gojek and it makes you go to the lounge to get a car, guy refused wanted to upgrade us to a van. Wouldn’t give us any cars. Walked over to grab and all of a sudden had a go car luxe for us ( app said 4 people with 4 bags which is what we had)
