My daughter has no additional needs but she still gets up at the same time 5:30/6 and she could go to bed at 7pm or midnight and still do it. It’s exhausting some days

my son is between 5/5:30 every morning. in the summer when it's lighter earlier, he wakes between 4/4:30. As soon as he's awake he's ready for the day and playing, so much talking and I'm just hoping to finish my brew before it goes cold 😂

My daughter is 8 and I’ve just come to the realisation her wake up time is 6-6.30am every day so I’m now asleep at half 9 or I’m a zombie lol 😂

Oh I feel you, absolutely NOTHING works, we have a gro clock, white noise, no tv before bed, she is constantly busy ALL day. Only people exhausted are myself and partner 😭
