لم يكن أحد يتوقع أن تتحول أغنية عاطفية بسيطة إلى واحدة من أكثر الأغنيات التي تلامس وجدان كل من عرف معنى الفراق. ففي «آخر ليلة» لم تقدم شادية مجرد قصة حب، بل نقلت إحساسًا مؤلمًا يسبق النهاية بلحظات حين يكون القلب سعيدًا، بينما القدر يُخفي مفاجأة لا يتوقعها أحد. ومع كلمات الشاعر محمد حمزة وألحان العبقري بليغ حمدي، وُلدت أغنية بقيت حاضرة في ذاكرة عشاق الطرب، وكأنها تُروى لأول مرة في كل استماع كتب كلمات الأغنية الشاعر محمد حمزة، ولحنها الموسيقار بليغ حمدي، واستطاعت شادية بصوتها الدافئ وإحساسها الصادق أن تمنح الكلمات حياةً خاصة، حتى شعر المستمع أن الأغنية تحكي حكايته هو، لا حكاية بطلتها فقط تحكي الأغنية عن ليلة تبدو في ظاهرها مليئة بالحب والفرح، لكنها تخفي بين سطورها خوفًا غامضًا من أن تكون هذه السعادة مؤقتة. هذا التناقض بين الأمل والقلق هو سر تميز الأغنية، فقد نجح محمد حمزة في تصوير مشاعر يصعب وصفها بالكلمات، بينما ترجمها بليغ حمدي إلى لحن يتدرج بهدوء من الدفء إلى الشجن دون أن يفقد بريقه أما شادية، فقد قدمت الأغنية بأسلوبها المعروف بالبساطة والصدق، فلم تعتمد على الاستعراض أو المبالغة، بل تركت للإحساس أن يقود الأداء. ولهذا وصلت الأغنية إلى القلوب بسهولة، وبقيت واحدة من الأعمال التي لا يبهت تأثيرها مهما مر عليها الزمن ورغم مرور أكثر من خمسة عقود على تقديم «آخر ليلة»، فإنها ما زالت تُسمع بالحب نفسه، لأن مشاعرها لا ترتبط بزمن معين. فالحب، والانتظار، والخوف من الفراق، كلها أحاسيس يعيشها الإنسان في كل عصر، وهو ما منح الأغنية خلودها لهذا تبقى «آخر ليلة» علامة مضيئة في مشوار شادية، وشاهدًا على لقاء نادر بين شاعر مبدع، وملحن عبقري، وصوت استطاع أن يحول الكلمات إلى مشاعر حقيقية لا تزال تعيش في وجدان الجمهور حتى اليوم

You may have seen those classic clips of Arnold leaning all the way for it on seated cable rows and then coming back upright on the concentric. While sure you will be getting a better stretch on the lats Doing so. That's really not the point of a cable row. instead, with a seated cable row, you're trying to train your lats in the more shortened position with your arms by the side of your body. Otherwise, if you're trying to train the lats in a more stretched position, you can simply just do a lat pull down and not have to worry about using momentum when we lean back. #FYP #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
