@hamishcookstuff: Steak Sanga Ingredients: 1 thin-cut steak (minute steak works great) 1 ciabatta bread roll, halved 2 slices gouda or Swiss cheese 1 white onion, thinly sliced 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp garlic mayo - mayo - crushed garlic - garlic powder 1 handful rocket (arugula) Olive oil, for frying Salt & black pepper, to taste Method: 1. Caramelise the onion: Heat a small pan over medium-low. Add butter, then onions with a pinch of salt and the sugar. Cook gently, stirring, until golden and sweet (8–10 mins). Set aside. 2. Cook the steak: Heat a grill pan or frying pan on high with a splash of olive oil. Season steak with salt & pepper. Cook about 1 min per side (since it’s thin) until browned but still juicy. Lay cheese slices over steak in the pan for the last 30 seconds so they melt slightly. Rest steak for 2 mins. 3. Prep the roll: Lightly toast the ciabatta halves. Spread garlic mayo on the bottom half. 4. Assemble the sanga: Bottom ciabatta with garlic mayo → rocket → steak → cheese → caramelised onion → top ciabatta. #steaksandwich #steak #cooking #fyp #creatorsearchinsights

The little girl in the image sits gently, cradling a plush teddy bear close to her chest. She wears a soft, pearled dress with tulle, her wavy blonde hair falling delicately around her small face. Her large, bright eyes look slightly away, carrying a quiet, pensive emotion—a visual reflection of the tender and fragile parts of our own histories. In the quiet chambers of the sacred heart, Where time dissolves and heavy shadows part, Sits a small, forgotten, fragile grace— A tender child locked in an ancient space. She holds a silent, soft, and faded friend, Wishing for a broken world to finally mend. The inner child abides in timeless light, An ember burning softly through the darkest night. For years she carried burdens not her own, The weight of silent rooms, of fears unknown. The invisible fractures where the spirit tore, When innocence was shaken at the core. Trauma is a ghost that echoes in the bones, A map of unwept tears and swallowed groans, It builds a fortress out of self-defense, And hides the child behind a wall immense. But healing is a slow and holy art, A breath of grace that splits the dark apart. It asks us not to run, or turn away, But sit beside the pain of yesterday. To wrap our adult arms around the fright, And bring the hidden basement into light. You are safe now, the quiet spirit whispers low. The storm has passed, it is alright to let it go. Your light was never tarnished by the storm. In love’s eternal embrace, you are made warm. The pearl-stitched dress of innocence restored, No longer bound by what was once endured. The child and soul unite in sacred peace, And find, at last, a beautiful release. CB@2026
