But those that are having a hard time getting pregnant keep weight down around the belly / abdomen , also if you was on the pill then your ovulation could be non existent because the pill caused mine to stop which doctors told me I would never have children well I found a great doctor told me to go get a ovulation test at the pharmacy and told me how to do it and when they I took the test back to the doctor and they told me when to try I was pregnant that next month but I also had to have my husband not take hot showers, not have sex everyday wait every three -four days to build up sperm count and also partner not release any before that , and trying a pillow under lower back we did it all and boom I was pregnant I had went to a infertility clinic they checked out the uterus , tubes ovaries and checked my husbands sperm count went through all of that which I could have saved money if I would have had the right doctor that just had me go buy a ovulation test and they also put me on meds to start up ovulation then I got pregnant . Some could have a lot of medical issues that need fertility clinic but some don’t good luck gals I have 3 healthy kids that are adults and 4 grandsons now when doctors said I would never have kids
