I’m on my 2nd round of accutane and doing a bunch of research on how to keep it away. 1. Make sure you take your max Cummulative dose, take it past your skin clears, and use trentinion after! Also spironolactone can be used after it hormonal acne is suspected. Or some people have good luck with a holistic approach and a naturopath
