HRT patches work from gp. I use the kind sleep patches and they work really well.

I can’t believe the adds as they really are too good to be true but I expect lots of people that are struggling with there weight would fall for it, it shouldn’t be allowed to promise unbelievable results without consequences, how are they allowed to get away with it 🥺
