i think british food reviewers need to ask more specific questions. ypu call it indian food okay. but the restaurant has tamil in it which is SRI LANKAN not indian. and he buss up the paratha like a Trini or Srilankan would with kothu roti. So ask the chefs where are you actually from and what food is from that country? they often say indian bc ppl dont recognize their country and intersectionality is important.
