@inspectortapdaddy: ASMR Tapping Inspection, California Pest Control in Action! Join me as I look for wood destroying organisms in the Bay Area. Most of the time it's for Real Estate Transactions, but from time to time I do these inspections for Home Owners and HOA's for a healthy home checkup giving reports my clients use to conduct repairs or standard maintenance. In these videos you may find (but not limited to): Termite (subterranean and drywood), Beetle (powderpost), and Fungus Damage. Maybe even some Carpenter Bee's (oddly, no clips of Carpenter Ants right now). This is an essential job as I work under the Department of Agriculture. Remember, Pest Control is as old as Agriculture. Keeping your home and food safe is necessary to keep your society healthy and thriving.
