I’m with you 100%, I do the chew’ spit… it helps with cravings, but sadly too get issues with it, I think you’re right, it kicks off the system, and again, you’re right, some stuff does go down and causes havoc…. Don’t have any solutions, to be honest it shit… I also have to double up on anti sickness, it’s horrible. You’re not alone babe… stay strong, stay you! ◡̈

Sending love I am undiagnosed properly but have gastroperesis and cyclic vomiting syndrome I’ve not been able to eat for months now without excruciating pain and nausea it’s horrible my only wish is to be able to enjoy food again one day I hope this for you too xxx

It's so unfair! I'm thankful to have a feeding tube, not for feeds, but so that my stomach drains 24/7. My own saliva, stomach acid, and bile makes me sick if I'm not drianing! I miss my life before gastric and intestinal failure!
