They sent me an empty package. How do you return something you didn’t receive? So I returned the empty package. They charged me for the replacement. So I got charged twice for an item I only received 1 of.

I first try the chat - then I requested a person and have them call me back.
The nicer and more clueless (not understanding why "it" happened, please explain & can't you send me or total refund me) I am, the more they help me.
I worked in customer service, we got a large rock instead of a hair clipper once - people are not nice.
