u have no idea they banded me for telling them they kept saying they where sending me things i paid for that i never got but said delivered and they punish me for there mess up and i didn’t even get a get my money back and i can’t order anything anymore smfh that’s not fair

They sent me an empty package. How do you return something you didn’t receive? So I returned the empty package. They charged me for the replacement. So I got charged twice for an item I only received 1 of.

yes Amazon is really starting to go downhill fast about quality customer service and satisfaction! I've had issues myself and from now on I buy certain things that I used to get at Amazon at the stores now. 😠😣

I first try the chat - then I requested a person and have them call me back. The nicer and more clueless (not understanding why "it" happened, please explain & can't you send me or total refund me) I am, the more they help me. I worked in customer service, we got a large rock instead of a hair clipper once - people are not nice.
