It is located in Shasta Trinity National Forest and administered by the USDA Forest Service🌳 Save this reel if you want to visit Potem Falls 🚘How to get there: 🗺️Google Maps will take you to the exact location. From Redding, take Exit 680 off Interstate 5 onto CA Highway 299. Drive 30.5 miles and then turn left onto Fenders Ferry Road, which is also known as Forest Road 34N17 and Road 27. You will need 4WD as the last 6 miles to the falls is an unpaved road. The road is a typical forest service road with lots of turns, narrow at times, along a canyon with no guard rail. 🥾Trail length - 0.6 miles out and back 🚶Trail condition- Easy, but can be strenuous as the path is steep, and Narrow trail with 150ft elevation gain 🏊 The water is cold but you can swim during summer.
