@rizzychizzy2012: It is my opinion that the conversation herein between Snow and Plutarch was placed much later in the film than originally intended. Every time it comes up AFTER all this terrible stuff has happened I want to say, "then what was all that for?!" It drives me crazy. Song is by ODESZA, called "A Moment Apart".
