The difference between UK food and American food is the Quality and how healthy UK food is compared to the extremely highly processed American food which gives it the addictive flavours that the Americans crave, and long term keeps them unhealthy which results in higher obesity higher health issues which in turn helps the revenue of the private healthcare sector which in turn helps the US economy 🤔
