Tommy, your TT’s have fallen in to my algorithm and I’ve watched some. Professional courtesy, I was in the business for about 7 years. Some of your content is useful and insightful, if I had one “thing” to mention as constructive criticism, there are moments where your energy comes across as condescending…..if someone senses that, it’s easier to match that energy and doesn’t benefit either party……I get it, that business is unique in its process and is frustrating for most folks…..in my experience, very few sales people REALLY learn the art of negotiation, so doing it on the phone is even more challenging….jus’ sayin’…..

What’s odd to me is you’re “stuck” with the pro pack. Which is floor mats and rear tray…. Which can be pulled out and replaced by the stock floor mats that were sent with the vehicle….
