@uncanny.cases: Terminal lucidity is a phenomenon observed in some passing individuals, where a sudden and unexpected return of mental clarity, coherence, or physical energy occurs shortly before passing. People who were previously unresponsive, delirious, or in a deep state of dementia may briefly regain the ability to speak clearly, recognize loved ones, or even perform purposeful movements. This episode can last from a few minutes to several hours and is often profoundly meaningful to family members, offering a final moment of connection. Though terminal lucidity has been reported across a range of terminal conditions—including cancer, neurological diseases, and organ failure—it remains poorly understood in medical science. It challenges conventional assumptions about brain function during the passing process, as it can occur even in individuals with severe brain damage. Some researchers consider it a physiological anomaly, while others see it as a psychological or spiritual event. Despite its mystery, terminal lucidity is widely documented by caregivers and hospice workers around the world. #uncannycases #Uncanny #Scary #HorrorStory #Mystery

@xzqyey: Hey, just to clarify this viral video:
The man’s name was Muslim Hashim Farsi Al-Maliki, also known as “Salloum.” He was from Nasiriyah, Iraq, and suffered 3rd-degree burns in a house fire sometime around March 11, 2025. He was still alive in the video, likely in extreme pain and under heavy medication due to the severity of his injuries. What you’re seeing is most likely him trying to move from pain or delirium, before tragically collapsing and dying shortly after re-entering the room.
He wasn’t clinically dead or missing organs at the time of the video—and medically, that wouldn’t even be possible. I’ve also seen people say he was “brain dead,” but I doubt that’s accurate either. That claim may have been lost in translation, especially since many reposts came from Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking TikTok.
Please respect the man and his family—this wasn’t some zombie story. It was a real person going through unbearable pain in his final moments.
I’ve done my research: reviewing TikToks in multiple languages, translating Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese comments, and tracing the origin of the video as far back as possible. No news outlets have reported on this yet, so the gravestone image—posted by someone claiming to be his cousin—is the most solid confirmation we have.
if you have more information please come forwards in helping debunk any claims that are further being pushed on TikTok.

In my religion, it's a natural thing, an opportunity from God for a person to ask forgiveness for their sins from God and from the people they love and have wronged, and to bid them farewell. This is so they won't be held accountable for these sins after death, thus lightening the ^scales ^of their bad deeds.
