Our freezer animals go to freezer camp. They also get cut names like ribeye and bacon. The ducks are call meat ducks. It’s all for a reason and it makes it’s easier when the mobile butcher comes

We just took our first pigs. I measured them, estimated 185-200lbs. I took them in and they were 155 and 170. I wish I would’ve waited a few more weeks to get to that 200lb mark

The best life the animals live make the meat taste 100xs better. All of our animals have names ect but they serve their purpose

we're getting a pig March from a woman my husband works with. she and her husband have pigs and chickens and meat chickens. so every year we get a pig from them. my kids even every so often get to go out there and do chores on the farm lol they've already picked out their pig and they know what I mean I don't think we have a name for it yet though😂
