Genuine teacher question - if they turn in their homework on Friday - they could potentially be doing the work wrong all week and then dont find out until the next week? do you find hw actually helps the kids that really need help - just curious. I teach in a division that doesnt promote hw as being effective. So I like hearing from others.

Question:that’s a lot of paper. Our district does a lot of work in laptops. Do you prefer paper or do you do online work also? I do have to say, my daughter does HATE doing math on the laptop.

I don’t have a planning, and I’m the queen of multi tasking because I don’t want to do work at home or stay late (I’m a new mom & a softball coach!) pro tip when making copies is to grade/plan while making copies OR get a student aide to make copies! That’s been a huge life saver for me :)
