I went when I was going to research for a stroller. Definitely have to make an appointment and make a deposit for your consultation. I was interested in the Nuna. I went to pottery barn kids in San Ramon. Spent an hour at the store and they went over all of my questions. No appointment, no deposit.

Judging by the comments, paying just for an apppintment to look at strollers and stuff ain’t it. My kids are grown, but I have my grand baby I was considering shopping for, but not at this store. Thanks for saving me a trip out there

Paying to check out strollers/car seats is a terrible business plan. I’m all for supporting small buisnesses but can’t be doing this when Nordstrom down the road has the same selection and no cost to try them out.
