I’m trying to decipher the Morse code Paragraph on page 154 and I think it turned into a Caesar cipher could be wrong though I don’t know what the key number is for the Caesar cipher can someone help me? 😭🙏

So there was a song from the early 80s called Mr Roboto by Styx. Kilroy is mentioned in it (you can look lyrics up.) the name of the album was Kilroy Was Here. It was basically talking about the future and people being in control. No idea if or how it relates but I am thinking it does.
