my favorite sims YouTubers (CarynandConnieGaming) turn it into a bunch of businesses that look like food (pancake diner, cake bakery, pizza bowling alley, popcorn movie theater) and I think called it "the food court"

I did this with newcrest! I have a pizza shop called Queer Daddies, a museum called Queer Eye, a bookshop called Book Hoes and stuff like that! All queer households and I also have Reba and Dolly Parton in a house together. Dolly owns a store called The Dollar Parton which is around the corner from the Church of Reba Christ.

I use it! I made a preforming arts center where your sims can go an play any instrument or you can host an event. There is a ‘cooking’ store where any Sim can go an cook…okay that probably catches on fire a lot. Then I have a clothing store, a bakery and an ice cream parlor.

I don’t use community lots ever really so I’m making 4 6 unit apartments with over the top amenities because I hate the loading screens that come with leaving your house lol
