This is why I say all cops need to stop answering to other cops they should be answering to a RANDOMIZED CITIZEN review board and there shouldn't be any CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS on that board cause they work for us not other cops and they should have a masters degree in constitutional law in order to wear that badge
