talk to your local ems provider find out who they use and get a membership with them my son got life flighted through air evac. I had a membership for both of us can't remember how much,it was got to sign back up again, but between his insurance and the membership the ride was free. he is fine now it was 3 years ago.

This is actually my business. I get denied on about half my claims no matter what the dire emergency. The other half are stalled, delayed or mismanaged by the insurance companies. Nobody holds them accountable.

Pre auth!?!?!?! youre joking me?!?!she was in freaking cardiac arrest. a pre authorization is normally signed by a RN/NP/or MD at a sending facility.
