we would fall asleep on call almost every night together and watch movies or shows together always text and message we basically would call everyday 😭 was like a year or two before we closed the distance 💛

it’s honestly difficult i’m an over thinker to the max. but it’s a journey of learning to trust and have clear communication, and reassurance. we spend any moment we can texting to update about our days/lives. we call for a few hours a night sometimes sleep on call. as long as you can trust, communicate clearly, and reassure each other it’ll be okay 💕

find little things to do together, like mobile games that you can screenshare or 1v1! plato is a good app, pick a binge watch show and set a good routine that fills you up with attention and love! you can do questions together, going back and forth with them.

look into anxious avoidance attachment and learn how to regulate yourswlf whenever u see signs of urself starting to spiral, ur still ur own person and he isnt ur whole world <3 i recently startteed talking to this guy and he never makes me worry and i used to overthink a lot in my past relationships, i always have lots to talk about with him and even when we stop talking we just enjoy eachothers presence, if he constantly makes u feel anxious and worried then theres a possible means that he isnt meant to be and cant communicate effectively enough to comfort you
