1. Bring a pot of 1L water to boil
2. Add a handful of bay leaves
3. 1 tablespoon cloves
4. Pour into container/dish (large enough to soak feet)
5. Add a bit of cold water to make sure it's warm, not hot.
6. Soak feet and add 1/2 cup salt.

What’s this please . I know is bay leaves in is the other thing salt . And the brown stuff something else
