You and I both know the DA will never press charges after they review the body cam. all you're doing is wasting everybody's time because your ego is too fragile. every time a cop writes a ticket that the DA refuses to pursue should be a mark against the cop. 3 strikes and you have to get retrained and get demoted.

I’d put that Sgt’s name on the citation notes section. “Per” Sgt. Smith who was on scene. vebally instructed me to issue this subject this citation. She’s relinquished all responsibility.
