@tannercolson: The Oracle Dual Boiler @breville I am genuinely so impressed with this machine. With two boilers it can extract espresso and steam milk at the same time, and you get to choose how automated you want the process to be. At its most automated it will dial-in for you taking away all the guesswork, and steam / texture your milk automatically. The AutoMilQ System is awesome, and I’ve been able to pour some nice latte art with it! If you want more hands-on control it has brew customization, a digital gauge on the display, and you can steam milk manually. I used all the Auto features here and was making some really tasty flat whites!
