Real estate agent here - FHA finances mobile home purchase as long as the mobile home is brand new. It’s only hard to buy a used mobile home. Brand new is not hard to.

even having the land. the infrastructure and permit part is expensive, rezoning probably needs to be involved then financing for each property. You need to have good, credit, good income already and money to start

He’s another idea but same premise. Go buy some new trucks and cars and then sell them to other people for $20k more than you paid for them.

The hard part is finding small pieces of land for sale as well as meeting the land restrictions because as we move forward they're placing more restrictions on where and how these mobile homes are allowed to be placed

@Robert Evans: I love the comments. The reason this guy is rich or living well is because he found something and was willing to share. I love how everyone has an excuse why they can’t. That’s why only the few live a life of luxury. Then people get “mad” at the millionaire and say the system is rigged. It’s called taking a risk and reaping the rewards. Otherwise you will always be broke working at McDonalds. I’ve got 25 rentals and did it in 8 years. One at a time. I did this while I run my IT business. Take a risk if you fail try try again.
