Cheap product , GC OR BUILDER gonna sell it as “ luxury”. As someone who started as a labor & a GC , the standard just keeps decreasing as the prices keep increasing… sad reality

it's not "superior" its an architectural option, but depends on your design intent. would never work on traditional home. farmhouse if going authentic, et. it is beautiful for the correct application.
