@elliemaehunn: Arrabbiata chicken parm🌶️ I love doing chicken parm in the air fryer it gets super crispy with much less oil making it a healthier option 😍 Serves 2 👇🏼 2 chicken breasts 2 eggs Flour Breadcrumbs (I used panko) seasoned with Parmesan, salt and Italian herbs Cherry tomatoes 1 garlic clove Olive oil Tsp Italian herbs Mozzarella Arrabbiata sauce Rocket Balsamic drizzle Fries 1. Butterfly or flatten your chicken to an even thickness 2. Coat in the flour, then egg and then your panko and Parmesan mixture 3. Add to your air fryer with some olive oil and cook for 20 mins 4. Meanwhile chop your cherry tomatoes and add garlic, olive oil, Italian herbs and salt 5. I added this to my air fryer to sync for the last 10 mins of the chicken cooking 6. Once they’re done, top with your favourite arrabbiata sauce and mozzarella 7. I put this back in the air fryer and grilled just the chicken on a high heat until the mozzarella is golden and bubbly 8. Serve your chicken on top of your cherry tomato’s and rocket (drizzled with balsamic) and I also added fries to the side 9. Top with Parmesan and enjoy! 😊 #twinfry #dualblaze #asmrcooking #gifted
