@lanogccad: IN PHOTOS | UP Cebu expressed grave disappointment over the mishandling and allocation of funds under the Marcos administration during today’s indignation rally, which was joined by over 1,000 faculty members, students, alumni, and nearby community members. All four colleges held their own protest actions in their respective colleges before converging at the oblation square, later bringing their calls to the streets along Gorordo Avenue. The university also conducted a veiling ceremony, covering the Oblation statue in black cloth to symbolize rage against theft and corruption. The university also urged the academic community to sustain their active participation in the coming days, in line with the week-long commemoration of the Martial Law victims spearheaded by the Communicators of UP’s 1081 Exhibit initiative and the city-wide mobilization on September 21. #UPCebu #KurakotManagot #UP #fyp
