To the People of ...at least....America. You have NO EXPECTATION of privacy in PUBLIC. In your homes you have protection. It is your PRIVATE residence.but in PUBLIC even if you are in your private car....You can legally be recorded as long as the one recording is doing so with what can be seen in person in view of others. restrooms, Bathrooms, Changing Rooms erc...Are considered private spaces. But especially in the open air in a PUBLIC SETTING. You can be recorded and have pictures taken of you. The right to privacy includes the right to control your personal information, make personal decisions without interference, and be free from unwarranted intrusion into your home and personal affairs. It encompasses several key areas: freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government, the right to keep personal communications confidential, and the ability to control the extent and circumstances of sharing personal data with others.But this is why in PIBLIC, We have shared manners of behavior. Public doesnt mean you can do whatever you want without being observed or face public scrutiny.
