It’s bc it’s a box… no matter what fast food place boxes go on bottom to create a sturdy bottom. I’ve had to correct many people at my job that chicken tenders go on bottom then you stack from there

they know better!!! I work there you put the quesadilla on the bottom then the pizza and if there's no room on the side of the bag you put the taco la in a separate bag!

For some reason it’s in the training videos that those boxes and the nacho bell grande containers go in the bottom of big bags which sucks cause it always gets crushed and most the time they’ll get in trouble if they try not to put anything else with it

We’re trained to bag that way… signed a GM. Also note; I do however train my team to do multiple bags if they have heavier items like burritos but many companies don’t because they count bags as part of their inventory. My franchise doesn’t tho so we’re lucky in that aspect…
