I don’t know why everyone is going for his throat. It seems like he had a completely reasonable answer and why we might have not seen the video, but it’s not like he gave some story that makes no sense. I’ve been hard of hearing since a kid and it can be really challenging sometimes to hear and stay focused on one thing when so many noises are going on and you are at a disadvantage.
