My mother use to be a housekeeper there and during the winter if it was going to ice real bad the hotel would give free rooms to the employees and families

Worst place to stay in Gatlinburg just my opinion I did not like it. People that work. There were rude and power went out and we had to leave early and they would not even give us a refund.

We stayed here a couple years ago. It's a little dated, but it was a great visit. We prefer Greystone on the River, but this is a good one too.
