my family makes something similar with the pudding mix but we slap all the dough in a 13x9 and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top bake for 10mins swirl the chocolate and bake til done 💕 we call em marble squares

For anyone in the UK, just been down a massive rabbit hole, shortening is basically stork margarine and vanilla jello equivalent is vanilla angel delight!
