The great thing about this breakfast is that you can upgrade it. You can throw on some beef tapa, pork tocino, and fried spam. There’s so many other things you can add to this and it just keeps getting better ❤

Girl! Try Filipino salsa with it! Mix patis (fish sauce), vinegar, diced onions and tomato. I only like a small splash of vinegar in about 1/2c of patis.

YES GURL. also if you ever wanna up your ensaladang pinoy, large dice the tomato, cucumber, small dice some red onion, chop some green onion, and put it into a bowl with a little fish sauce and boom. My favorite side for breakfast
