Yes I found the best solution for me. Is keeping my hair moisturize and tucked away as much as possible. and introducing bond repairing products. also, the hair tools you could be using could be a cause. I don’t use a denman brush anymore that caused a lot of fairy knots for me

a good silicone conditioner that has fatty alcohols for better slip. silicone coats and helps smooth the hair and my hair usually stays untangled longer when I deep condition with one. I realized a lot of natural hair products dont have them anymore but "silicon mix" at least once a month has improved this issue for me

Wearing your hair out is what is causing it. They happened to coarse and fine hair. Keep up with trims, moisture and wear hair up more often.

I have dense fine hair too girl and the only thing that helped was washing weekly. In the last 4 months I probably cut out 4-5 fairy knots but I also got a cut 4 month ago getting rid of all knots and splits

For me finding my curls clumping size and focusing on definition has greatly lessened them for me. But the brushes I was using were creating clumps that were too big or too small.

Yeppppppp I got really frustrated with them and folded yesterday and cut them all off.. strand by strand that had them even if it was far up my hair shaft 💔. Now my hair is all different lengths BUT at least itll grow back out without them.. (I hope🥹)
