to anyone reading- TRUST I had severe eczema. It was more than just physical pain it was affecting my mental health. It was until i switched to EVERYTHING unscented/naturally scented that my eczema is now fully gone. I never thought i’d heal.

Use soap with no sulphates, aveeno is good, try almond or oat milk cut dairy not entirely but milk especially. Try to sleep with loose clothing, materials like cotton or silk, satin and use a dehumidifier, make sure there is no damp or dust in your room, take your vitamins (fish oil, magnesium, vitamin e, calcium etc) drink alot of water, get a lot of fresh air and apply a heavy amount of lotions and try to stay away from stress that’s what helped me ♥

Ugh im experience eczema on my fingers and the only thing keeping the flare ups manageable is the loccitane shea butter hand lotion. What did you use - Do you find that aloe Vera helps ?
