do you ever physically exfoliate? or is that too much for sensitive kp skin? havent tried dry brushing yet but ive tried using a scrub which was targeted for kp and had chemical exfoliants in it as well but my kp is so stubborn, it only helped minimally and sometimes i felt like it actually made my skin worse unless i used it every day -which seems way too often for a physical exfoliant
